Borrowing eligibility for the following categories includes circulation services, interlibrary loan, and remote access to online databases.

Circulation staff may verify validity of non-University at Albany identification and, where applicable, current library borrowing eligibility at home institution.

Persons ineligible through any of the affiliations above may obtain borrowing privileges for an annual fee of $50 [or $25 for those aged 63 or older]. See Borrowing Privileges for Unaffiliated Users for more information.
