IM >>	IM hours: Spring semester Jan. 23 – May 15. Monday - Thursday: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. Friday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Sunday: 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. The Instant Messaging (IM) service is intended primarily for University at Albany students, faculty, and staff but questions from other users will be handled as time permits. IM questions are taken in a first-come-first-served order. During busy times it may take longer to answer your IM. University Libraries are committed to privacy protection. Information collected via IM Reference service will not be shared with any third parties.
