A block of rooms at the NYS state rate of $ 94.00 per night has been reserved for this event. The cost of the room is not included in the registration fee for this event. It includes a complimentary breakfast and a complimentary social hour from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm. The social hour includes a catered, light dinner and beverages. The proximity of numerous restaurants to this hotel offers additional choices in dining, but you will need transportation to reach them.

Parking: The hotel has plenty of parking if you plan on bringing your car. Participants with cars will be matched up with those who do not bring a car to enable travel between the hotel and the Science Library. On-campus parking will be free of charge to you if you park in either of the two visitor's parking lots.
