Interlibrary Loan / UA Delivery

Interlibrary Loan

* Note on the difference between Interlibrary Loan and
  UA Delivery Services:

Interlibrary Loan uses ILLiad software to manage requests. This software is also used for UA Delivery Services, the service for intercampus delivery of books (e.g. delivery of books between Dewey and the University Libraries) and electronic delivery of articles from the physical collections held by the University. The UA Delivery Services are not coordinated through Interlibrary Loan and are distributed at several service points, including the circulation departments of the three libraries and the periodicals department of the University Library, depending upon the call number of the item being requested. However, the Interlibrary Loan department can assist with password problems with ILLiad. The Interlibrary Loan Department is open 10:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. on Monday-Friday. For help, call 518-442-3613.
