The Interlibrary Loan Department provides service for the University at Albany academic community. This includes:

• Currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate students
• Faculty
• Staff
• Emeritus faculty

Courtesy borrowing privileges, alumni borrowing privileges, and Empire State College borrowing agreements do not include interlibrary loan privileges. Individuals from other academic institutions, including SUNY institutions, must use the interlibrary loan services of their institution’s library. If you are an area researcher not affiliated with any institution, we recommend you contact one of the following public libraries:
