CLASSES & WORKSHOPSThe IMC provides many free classes on a variety of topics. These include such subjects as image and text scanning, creating PDF files, Web design, video digitizing and Adobe Photoshop applications. Register for sessions at the University Library Interactive Media Center Desk on the basement floor, online or by telephone, 442-3608. Most classes are 1 - 2 hours in length. Click here for the schedule and signup form. Registration guarantees your participation in class. You are also welcome to join class on a "walk-in" basis. Additional classes in other topics are offered by ISES (Instructional Support & Educational Services). For more information, please check their class list. WE RECOMMEND that you use the UAlbany Events Calendar for a comprehensive listing of all technology classes available in an online calendar. |
 A class in progress in the Interactive Media Center About Free Classes Our free Interactive Media Center classes fill rapidly when they are announced. We encourage participants to register early. If you cannot attend a class for which you have registered, please send us an email message so that we can remove you from the list and open a seat for another person. |
