Biennial providing information about Congress and its members including: biographical information, descriptions of districts, election results, campaign finances, committee memberships, key votes, etc. Limited to two concurrent users. Staff at the University Library or Dewey Library reference desk provide the userid and password to persons affiliated with the University at Albany.
