Onondaga County, NY, Probation Officer Richard Schenosky with his plaque recognizing him as Probation Officer of the Year. The awarded is presented annually by the state Division of Probation and Correctional Alternatives in recognition of exceptional service, dedication and professionalism performed by a probation officer who has contributed significantly to the field of community corrections and strengthened its role within the criminal justice system.
