William Campbell from the Executive Committee. Attached documents include: A. Annual Register and Circular with: Executive Committee, faculty, pupils (including Indian students), and graduates; qualifications for admission and entrance requirements; travel expenses allowed; and the form of the diploma granted to graduates; B.
