Description:	Continuation of the Annual Report of the Executive Committee of the State Normal School to the Legislature for 1866. This record describes the report beginning at page 28, containing the second of two attachments, B. Exercises of the Graduating Class, 41st term; an overview of the legislative acts establishing the school; admission qualifications and entrance requirements; travel expenses allowed; term definitions; course of study and text books; examination scheme; and a form of the diploma granted to graduates; the Program of classes; and copies of the State Normal School's "Order of Exercises" program for the 41st term, February 2, 1865 and for the 42nd term, July 13, 1865.
