Description:John Coss described as a "good fiddler" in a caption accompanying this photograph in a scrapbook from the Norman Studer collection. Coss was likely a resident of the Catskill Mountains region in New York State and performed at Camp Woodland and the annual Folk Festival of the Catskills. This scrapbook may have been assembled after a trip to the Catskills by Downtown Community School students. This image is not yet available online. Contact the M.E.
