Description:	Speaking on a Panel of Fiscal Problems in Higher Education are, left to right: Neil Murray, from Suffolk County Community College; Louis Stollar from the Fashion Institute of Technology; Pat Koenig, New York State United Teachers; Irwin Polishook; and Fred Miller, who served on the United University Professions (UUP) Executive Board from 1973 to 1975, and 1981-1982, and was Vice President for Academics from 1982 to 1986. Written in the bottom margin of the original is "22-175."
