This is a great site for Broadway theatre information! Find up-to-date and archived articles, as well as show listings with cast and run information, job postings for performers and technical staff, Broadway grosses, professional resouces, theatre seating charts, and more.
The web page states that it is the "official website of Broadway." Find shows on tour, a list of Broadway theatres with addresses and links to the Internet Broadway Database for more information on the history of the theater and the productions held there, news, and events.
The Internet Broadway Database claims to provide, "records of productions from the beginning of New York theatre until today." You can find actors’ credits as well as production information. Opening night cast information and production credits, opening date and closing date, a link to awards and nominations, and number of performances thus far may also be found on this site.

Another site with lots of information on different aspects of the theatre, the Virtual Library includes subjects such as: monologues in print, academic/training institutions worldwide (organized by country, then school), theatre companies worldwide (organized by country, then company), plays in print (lists plays and links to amazon.com), journals online, etc.
Included in the Drama Workshop are writing exercises and a reading list for aspiring play and screenwriters. Dramatic structures are broken down and explained. Screenplay, Play, and Radio Drama format guides advise the user on how to format his or her work. The "Weekend Playwright," suggests exercises for each week; however, not all topics on the list actually have a link. Links to copyright and professional organizations may be helpful to play and screenwriters. Also included are sections entitled, Publishers & Guidelines and Contests.

According to this site, "women of color, women of words is a site dedicated to African American women who have gifted, shaken up, and disturbed the theatre world with their powerful words. " Located on this site are author biographies and play information (including plot summaries, a character list, and an excerpt from the play). A list of productions by the month in which they are to be performed is also included.
Find Sondheim shows alphabetically or chronologically. Some show listings contain cast information along with a synopsis of the show. Other listings just have show information. The commentary section contains columns relating to theatre and Sondheim topics. A section titled, "Side by Side" contains some performer interviews. The History of Costume was originally published in Munich and printed from 1861 to 1880. Plates were first included in a magazine, and then later bound together in book form. Images of costumes from various countries and time periods, from early, Egyptians, Moors, Turks, to Late Nineteenth Century-Russian Folk Dress, are included.
