Search Records
When searching databases it is nice to be able to save the retrieved information without having to write it down. Most databases provide a number of methods to save this data. These include :
- Printing
- Saving
- E-mailing
Look for these commands (often icons) on the database you are using.
Some hints when using Library computer workstations :
- Saving
- Bring a flash drive
- Save to your space on the University's 'S' Drive
- Make sure that you're saving to the correct drive
- Have complete email address
