The papers of U.S. Representative Gerald Solomon were also recently acquired. The Solomon Papers are rich in summary material documenting Republican Gerald Solomon's twenty-year career as a U.S. Congressman. Mr. Solomon represented the 22nd Congressional District of New York from 1978-1998. There are 53 boxes of materials which contain detailed summary information pertaining to his legislative activities, including his voting activity, justification for his votes, bills and resolutions he introduced and co-sponsored.
