Outside Donations of Records

The M.E. Grenander Department of Special Collections and Archives welcomes gifts of materials, including unique collections and select books, that fit within our collection development policy.

Individuals and organizations are encouraged to discuss intended donations of materials with the appropriate Department staff member who will be able to offer guidance and information about the donation process and work with you to develop a mutually acceptable Memorandum of Agreement for your collection.
