Summer Social Welfare Library Seminars

Summer sessions of the Social Welfare Library Research Seminar begin today. The 90 minute class covers basic to sophisticated search strategies,  locating journal articles you need when full text is not in a database or Google Scholar, and how to evaluate the materials you have retrieved. The sooner you take the class, the better prepared you will be when those research assignments are coming due!

The summer schedule is as follows:

Monday June 1 10:30AM
Wednesday June 3 9:00AM
Monday June 8 11:00AM
Wednesday June 10 10:30AM
Monday June 29 9:30AM
Wednesday July 1 10:30AM

To register, use our online form, call 442-3691 or email

We look forward to seeing you in class!
