Often designed to look like traditional cigarettes, "e-cigarettes" deliver flavors and/or nicotine to their user in a vapor form as opposed to smoke. Scientifically, the jury is still out on whether these products are safer than traditional cigarettes. The FDA currently does not regulate the e-cigarette market, but proposed new rules might change that. Read on for how to research this issue.
