Gregory Wiedeman, University Archivist, was promoted to the rank of associate librarian. Greg started as a Project Archivist in April 2014 and was hired as University Archivist in April 2015. He earned an MS in Information Science with a concentration in Archives and Records Administration and an MA in History from the University at Albany, SUNY in 2013. Greg’s research interests are in digital preservation, usability, and systems integration and he has published on born-digital records, web archives, and the history of archival description.

Mary Van Ullen, Director of Collections, was promoted to the rank of full librarian. Mary was hired in October of 1997 as the Subject Librarian for Business, Economics, Geography and Planning. She assumed the role of Associate Director of Collections in 2011 and Director of Collections in 2016. She holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of New Hampshire and an M.L.I.S. from the University of Rhode Island.
