The University Libraries are rolling out new loan periods, new fine structures, and new invoicing this summer. The Libraries are eliminating daily overdue fines for regular circulating books and media; these items will be billed for replacement when they are long (30 days) overdue. Daily and hourly overdue fines will be charged for only course reserves and equipment loans.

*Staff will continue to modify IMC equipment loan periods based on user needs and equipment availability.
The University Libraries bills library users through PeopleSoft. Students see library charges on their E-Bills and can pay those charges using the E-Pay system. Faculty, staff, and courtesy borrowers are billed through the university’s IFR billing system; payments should be mailed to the university lockbox. Payments for fines/fees are no longer accepted at library circulation desks.
Replacement charges are credited if materials are returned/replaced within one year of invoice date.
