Call for Poster Proposals
The University at Albany Libraries and Binghamton University Libraries invite poster session proposals for their upcoming conference--Digital Scholarship: Opportunities and Challenges--to be held Friday, October 11, 2019 at the University at Albany. The conference will showcase new and important research projects made possible by digital technologies, explore new and emerging trends in digital scholarship, investigate technology and infrastructure needs to support digital scholarship, and provide researchers with opportunities for networking and potential collaborations.
Poster sessions offer researchers an opportunity to share works in progress and emergent research in the field of digital scholarship, as well as encourage discussion and questions from conference attendees. Posters will be on display during the entire conference, and presenters must be available to discuss their research during the 45-minute time slot devoted to poster sessions.
Please submit proposals using the conference poster proposal form. Submissions are due by Monday, August 12, 2019. Presenters will be notified of acceptance by Friday, August 30, 2019.
Please contact Kabel Stanwicks with any questions related to poster sessions. We look forward to seeing you in Albany this fall!
