Beginning August 24, 2026 using a group study room at the Science Library is simpler than ever! Group study rooms will no longer require key checkout at the Circulation Desk. Instead, you can reserve a room online and head directly to your room when it’s time to study.How it works:Reserve a group study room through the Libraries’ online reservation system.Rooms will remain unlocked and are available for walk-in use when they are not reserved.Have a reservation? You have priority use of the room during your reserved time.Reservations are held for 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. After 15 minutes, the reservation is forfeited and the room becomes available to others.Reservations aren’t required, but they’re the best way to make sure a room is waiting for you when you need it.Questions about using or reserving a group study room?
