Handmade books from Latin America and the Caribbean: A special collection supporting public engagement, students, and faculty The Libros/Arte exhibit showcased over 80 handmade books by small presses that push the boundaries of traditional printing techniques while addressing a range of political, social, and cultural subjects. A truly collaborative effort, the exhibit was made possible through the joint efforts of the University Libraries, the University Art Museum, the Department of Languages, Literature, and Culture, and the Department of Latino American, Caribbean, and U.S. Latino Studies.
