Welcome Mary Nyce to the University Libraries

Mary Nyce Named Head of Access Services

Mary Nyce joined the University Libraries on September 25.

"I grew up on Long Island and received my BA in History from Stony Brook University. I completed my MS in Library Science and MS in Information Systems at Drexel University. My professional background is focused on health sciences librarianship and access services. Prior to returning to NY, I served as the Assistant Dean of Libraries at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. I look forward to collaborating with all of you as we provide the best services possible to our students, faculty, and staff. When not working, I see as much live music as possible, bake, collect horror movie memorabilia, and manage the daily chaos created by my husband, two daughters, two cats, and two dogs."
